2 tablets 3× a day.

Ingredients
Contents of 6 tablets: Brewer's yeast 3.000 mg: vitamin B3 (niacin) 0,9 mg (5,4 % NRV*); vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 0,36 mg (33 % NRV*); vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 0,12 mg (8,6 % NRV*); emulsifier: microcrystalline cellulose; stabilizer: calcium phosphate, hydroxypropylmetylcelulosa; maltodextrin; stabilizer: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; anti caking agent: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate. NRV*= nutrient reference values

Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 3 years of age. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily  dosing. Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children. Use best  before date indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
