Calcium is mosty found in essential minerals in the human body, which is 99% contained in the bones and teeth. A correct amount of supplied calcium into the human body is a physical boost and strengthens the bones.

Calcium is needed not only for the growth of teeth and bones but also to maintain their structure, mineralization and density but also is important for blood clotting. It helps in sending signals around the nervous cells. It supports the energetic metabolism, helps the muscles function better and boosts the activity of digestive enzymes.

Recommended dosage
1 tablet 2× a day, recommend after each main meal.

Contents of 2 tablets: Calcium (dolomite, calcium carbonate) 264 mg (33 % NRV*); magnesium (dolomite, magnesium carbonate) 144 mg (38 % NRV*); emulsifier: vegetable cellulose; thickener: gum arabic; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate. Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 3 years of age. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily  dosing. Store out of the reach of children. Store in a dry and dark  place. Use best before date indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
