Process of ordering parcels abroad
- Send an order to STARLIFE s.r.o. (by email, fax or telephone) – do not forget to state your phone/fax number or email.
- Your order will be immediately processed and you will be announced (by phone, fax, email) a sum which should be paid.
- The payment is to be sent on an account No. which you find out by sending SMS on +420 736 300 260 (see detailed information bellow).
- After the money is debited to the account, your parcel will be shipped.

VIP CLIENT
- Register a new VIP Client – he/she will receive an ID No. and a password.
- Proceed with his/her order as mentioned above (the prices of products will be counted according to the VIP Client Pricelist). Postal charge by parcels abroad depends on the weight of a parcel.
REPRESENTATIVE
- Register a new representative - he/she will receive an ID No. and a password.
- The first registration order is to be in the amont of 200 PV (136 €) + a starting package.
- Proceed with his/her order as mentioned above (the prices of products will be counted according to the Pricelist for Representatives).
